One of the male employees stopped me in December and told me that my husbands account had expired and then proceeded to hassle me about setting up a new account instead of letting me do a one time car wash, wouldn’t let me through the gate until a new account was set up and I was completely irritated. To the lovely female with the iPad standing outside the Tsunami Express car wash in Circleville this morning, holding up the line, trying to hoax customers into purchasing Unlimited overpriced car washes instead of letting us select the single wash and preventing us from pulling past her to select our option on the Kiosk … I have one question for her . It's a scam! Verify the TRUTH of what you're signing up for before giving them payment for anything! Be aware that this place does not sell single car washes, or packages of X numbers of car washes. They sign you up for a monthly recurring membership; despite the employees may tell you differently. I found this out when I went back 5 months later and was told they needed to "update" my payment information. I don't where al of the 5 star reviews are coming from. This place is a waste of time and money. $20 car wash and it didn't even clean the bird droppings off our truck. Don't waste your money.
