Our car was very clean when we got out. Especially the back bumper usually that's still dirty.
This gets a 5 star just for the vacuums alone. I went and got a basic wash, and when I went to vacuum, I wasn't expecting it to almost get "stuck" because of the suctioning power. They have spray and rags, an air thing that blows air to help loosen dust and dirt, a clip for mats, also an air machine for your tires.
Could be five stars if there was a little bit more room to get through with a big truck and almost every time I have to have them come out and open the gate because the readers do not read my barcode correctly. Sometimes the wash quality is not as good as others I don't understand why. Update the customer service here is much better than it was before. However with all that I still have issues every time we go there with my vehicle's being added correctly.
The updated facility is very nice. The vacuum are really powerful! Watch your keys
