You will wait in line for at least seven or eight cars wow an associate takes their information to put them into the computer system. This is ridiculous when you’re in line you cannot get out of line and you have to use the bathroom. When a new owners bought the business from take five they should have Integrated all of the member information. Pretty sure this car wash put a big black scuff mark on my suv. It is nice they havs all the cleaning supplies you need. They were really busy that day so there wasnt enough clean towels. And cleaners. Just watch out for scratches and scuffs
