We paid, then they told us the wash was closed, and wouldn’t give us a refund. They should’ve blocked the payment lane or put up a sign. Completed chaos. I have a membership for my other vehicle that I will be canceling until Tsunami is bought by another company (this car wash has had a new owner every year). The good news is that now I have a reason to support a locally owned and operated car wash in Wilmington.
