They used to give out air fresheners and they used to scrub key parts of your car first. Now they do neither. Might cancel my membership. UPDATE: after moving to Alabama this location kept taking their monthly charge even after I canceled. I asked the manager at the Troy location, when I came back in December, to cancel and then get my money back. Meanwhile I bought a membership here in Mobile. Great Automatic carwash and have towes,detail sprays and vacuum cleaner which is all free with any amount of carwash value,highly recommend plus great value for your money!
Every time I go there my truck doesn't come out clean. It's like they're not using all the chemicals I paid for in the premium package to clean the vehicle. Many times it's closed so I think they have a maintenance problem.
On December 16th my wife went to the Troy location and was charged twice. We called thinking it would be a simple resolution. We were told they could not find our charges or her license plate information in there system. The asked us to email them a screenshot of our account showing both charges and they would get back to us. I did and we never heard back.
