Had a really bad experience. From two male associates from this location. condescending behavior. 3/17/26 11:40am both associates need to be reeducated, retrained and reevaluated. Called corporate and they handled the situation, it was that simple. They refuse to let me wash my car even though I have a $45 membership with them. I would NOT recommend.
I've noticed that the last few times I've gone, the back of the vehicle is still dirty.
Tsunami customer service is not customer friendly take 5 was great, but dealing with tsunami is difficult.
Would give zero stars if possible. Have never had such poor service. They stopped my plan without my asking them to. Then they tell me I have free service for a year to make up for their mistake and then they don’t honor it. Ridiculous!
