Merlin was very professional and took care of my rebuilt transmission in my 1998 Jeep Cherokee and got my car back to me in a weeks time. My transmission has been working like new, but I have great confidence from my interaction with Merlin that if anything were to go wrong in the warranty period, that he would take care of it. Great people, had a transmission fluid leak on my ‘86 corvette and they fixed it in a timely manner and didn’t break the bank! Any questions you had they were able to answer professionally, I’ve been using the corvette as my daily driver and it works great, good company! EDIT: Just went back to have my shifter adjusted as it was stiff and somewhat difficult to slide into gear, they were able to fix it with no problem and it works great!
