Toyota contacted me about a recall on my vehicle, and when scheduling, told me because it’s a free recall, the appointment had to be on a weekday, I could only drop off my car, and that it would take half a day. I pushed back on this, but was not heard. So I paid $90 in Ubers for a free recall service. The actual service took less than 2 hours, which I would have waited for and saved the money/ not adjusted my work schedule to accommodate the half day. I must say I am continually impressed with the service I receive at Swickard Toyota. Matt, Sita, and the rest of the service team are fantastic and make the process easy. I recommend their service center without hesitation.
