I have been a customer of this Toyota dealership for the past seven years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. They mailed me a service coupon, and when I arrived with a photo of the coupon on my phone, I was told they wouldn’t accept pictures of it and turned me away. I had an appointment for an oil change and a routine 30K mile inspection. In the past my appointments have lasted about 1.5 - 2 hours top, so that was my expectation as no communication was sent regarding a backlog or overbooking. When I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, it took about 15-20 minutes to even talk to someone. Finally a service advisor took the car keys and informed me it would be about a 3 hour wait. As I had made arrangements for my day, I was not able to just reschedule.
