Got my 10k done at Swickard at the beginning of January and by the end of February I need to get my car towed off the side of the street because the engine oil is dangerously low, a drain plug is loose, and oil is all underneath the vehicle and on the engine bay. Thom Klein from the Service Dept was very professional, I appreciated his efficiency and straight to the point considerations. Made the entire process of getting the car service seamless. Thank you.
Today was the first time I've seen a ($15) charge for "service with a smile" followed by a $15 discount when my mother-in-law showed me her recent bill from the service center where she proudly said they always give her a discount. Which always includes notes about checking the floor mat placement This was followed by me taking her car to another mechanic to have a gasket replaced, since the service center said she needed the engine replaced. All aspects of the service experience at Swickard were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised this time by the outreach from the Swickard team asking if I wanted to schedule my upcoming service appointment. The process of online scheduling was really easy with your staff member. I arrived for my appointment at the scheduled time and was immediately approached by staff to get the process going.
