I had made an appointment to get a hair topper. I arrived early and was told that "she" was on her way. I waited 45 minutes, 15 minutes past my appointment time. "She" never showed up. I left.

We absolutely love HairKingdom. Every single visit feels welcoming, calm, and full of care. The braiders are incredibly kind and patient with my girls, and they truly treat them like family. This looks like a clean, professional establishment. I wish i could have gotten a service here. I walked in on a Wednesday for simple cornrows. The only person who was there was a braider, so i walked in and asked if there was any availability and the salon person explained that i could come back at 6:00 pm that day. I arrived at 5:55 and the salon was closed. I thought, "i misunderstood or misheard her".
