Thos easy access location is overall great! They have a polite knowledgeable staff that are very helpful. Prices are reasonable and returns are easy! A wonderful place to find a variety and large assortment of items for today's popular hair styles!

I was disappointed in how cold the stylists have been each time I visited. Definitely not the best customer service, but Magic Touch has very skilled stylists, so I came in spite of that.

This is the worst sew-in I’ve ever had, and I can’t believe I paid way to much for this mess. The hair looks clumpy, lumpy, and totally unnatural. The tracks are painfully obvious, and the sew-in wasn’t even secure—it’s already coming loose after just a few days. Parts of it are literally hanging off, and I’m worried it’s going to fall out completely. For the hair plus’s the put in. 500$, I expected something professional, but this looks terrible. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place if you care about quality!”
