We absolutely love HairKingdom. Every single visit feels welcoming, calm, and full of care. The braiders are incredibly kind and patient with my girls, and they truly treat them like family. Braiding days are made extra special with snacks on snacks, which my kids always look forward to, and that small gesture says so much about how thoughtful they are. This looks like a clean, professional establishment. I wish i could have gotten a service here. I walked in on a Wednesday for simple cornrows. The only person who was there was a braider, so i walked in and asked if there was any availability and the salon person explained that i could come back at 6:00 pm that day. I arrived at 5:55 and the salon was closed. I thought, "i misunderstood or misheard her". She was really nice and gentle. She did a really good job with my box braids i love them and she was fast
I never writes review i just never do back. but because I know black shops are scarce in the area I find it necessary. Don’t get me wrong, wont be going back. I opted for something closer. To avoid driving to Tacoma, and to support a local business. Although they were nice , accommodating (at first) and reasonably priced.
