I had a lovely experience here. Had a Mani/pedi. Almost fell asleep from the arm massage. I smudged my big toe somehow shortly after leaving, went back and they fixed it for me without charge - which I wasn't expecting.
Extremely disappointing, can get so much better for the same price elsewhere. Unclean - they don’t put plastic coverings on their pedicure tubs and their towels were dirty. Sloppy work - the lady who did my toenails would barely scrub, barely do the massage, barely clean the cuticle, don’t know how they call this a spa pedicure. She did not understand me when I said something hurt or when I told her my feet still had a lot of soap on them. Beautiful result, friendly service, highly recommend!
Walk in Client in 2012, been a regular customer since then. Awesome service, always willing to work with my schedule, I have issues with in-growns and they are only salon I've been to that has helped and the quality of their work allowed more time between appointments.
