They amaze me everytime
First time in this shop or even in this neighborhood. I recently moved to the state. Googled this spot. When I spoke with the young lady on the phone it was awkward she seemed rushed not busy and I ignored it. When I arrived for my appointment she was rude if not unprofessional in her tone and language. She asked not one question about my hair care regimen allergies or hair concerns....nothing a first customer is asked in a natural hair salon to ensure a smooth service.
