Awesome Service – These guys are the best! They are thorough and do a great job - they honestly care! Wonderful personality and always professional! Highly recommended . . . and their price is right!
Bad service. Owner is a con artist... RUN – This company is out of line.............. The owner Mark Latovica has his twin sons running the jobs, these to young men have no clue how to run a bussiness, they were only 3 hour late and didnt care, they sat in my yard and smoked. they did a very bad job in 2 of my rooms, i had to let them go without finishing the job. Do not use these guys !!!! They were the worst company I have ever tried, I should have done my homework first. Never use these guys, they care about one thing, their check book and not mine. they are hands down.. CROOKS>>
Worst customer service – I had these guys (looked like brothers) come and clean my carpet in my entire house. They did not move any furniture, just sort of went around it. Everything seemed fine until I opened the shade in my bedroom to look at the carpet. My window on the french door was totally shattered. I called to talk to the manager/owner and I just got the run around. No one returned my calls, and no one offered an apology! Best value & customer service ever! – This is a quality operation. I have used many carpet cleaning companies for my home carpet cleaning needs, in several states, and Magic Touch is the best I've ever encountered. To start with, they arrived at my house exactly when they promised. I can't be the only person who has booked an appt, prepared ahead of time by moving furniture and blocking out the time...only to have a no-show!
