They hire out of a staffing company and work you to death then right before your review they find any reason to cut you loose. They don't want to give you the benefits and a few of the supervisor's talk down to you and act like some of the guy's are slow and unproductive. When the facts are they have unprofessional supervisor's that have no patience or understanding of helping a new person excel.
