I was happy with the work of Dan, Niel and Tim in getting my home battery system installed, inspected and approved by the City of Sacramento and SMUD, which is not an easy task. They made it happen. Thank you, guys.
An honest review: Magic Sun Solar has come through twice now for me and has exceeded expectations. We came home to a leaking roof after the recent torrential rains. I called out two roofers, both looked at the solar array over the leaking area and walked away. They were certain it was solar related and would not do anything until the solar panels were removed. We've had our panels for 4 1/2 years now, and I just want to say that I am incredibly satisfied with the service we received. I am still very happy that we supported local small business and I feel that got incredible service and our panels have saved us SO much money! Our true up bills have consistently been a break even or have been a few hundred dollars back, which means our sales guy quoted us the exact number of panels that we needed. I recommend them highly. Great experience and knowledgeable staff. The quote was not only cheaper, but they did a great job and super friendly! We had several of our neighbors ask about them because they were respectful of others property, no blocking drives, and did a great job! 1 neighbor already used them and another hopes too! Can't recommend them enough!
Magic Sun Solar provided excellent customer service. Chad and Timothy went over and above to make sure our solar microconverters were installed properly. Timothy was always on time and accessed the issue in detail. He made sure to communicate with us and the manufacturer. Thank you.
