Great experience and knowledgeable staff. The quote was not only cheaper, but they did a great job and super friendly! We had several of our neighbors ask about them because they were respectful of others property, no blocking drives, and did a great job! 1 neighbor already used them and another hopes too! Can't recommend them enough!
Magic Sun Solar provided excellent customer service. Chad and Timothy went over and above to make sure our solar microconverters were installed properly. Timothy was always on time and accessed the issue in detail. He made sure to communicate with us and the manufacturer. Thank you.
Based purely on the idiot driving a sponsored tesla work vehicle like an idiot on florin rd in traffic at 8 am. Cutting vehicles off and in an out of cars. Great business model to employee someone who drives your company car and promotes being a reckless person.
Sales staff were good and knowledgeable; however, installers were the exact opposite. They damaged my roof, didn't say anything, and tried to fix the damage with caulking which my roofer laughed at. They also tried to enter my second story by climbing onto my master balcony but when they discovered it was locked they had to come ask me if they could get in. There are plenty of other companies out there and would not recommend or use Magic Sun on any of my other properties.
Chad came to our home in a timely manner to evaluate our electrical panel which was old and needed to be replaced. The written estimate was logical and fair. We committed to having the work done and it was completed by Jim and Tanner. They were very courteous and professional and did a great job. Phone calls, texts, and emails were always quickly answered and the employees showed up when they were scheduled. Thank you. I would recommend Magic Sun to others!
