I paid for a deep cleaning with the understanding that a few of the stains might not come out like slime…that was fine. However, when the job was done there were several simple stains left untreated, and the carpet was barely cleaned, just damp. I had someone come clean the carpet behind him and it was obvious that the job was not done well. For price I paid, I wanted results, which I did not get. Had a tenant who was a garbage person and took bottles of ketchup and squirted it all over the new carpet. Called around 7:00 p.m. and Magic Steamers were able to make an emergency appointment and get out to me the next day. Was very upfront with pricing did not make any promises that they could not keep. End up getting the carpets completely clean and normal. Was very easy to speak to on the phone and upfront with pricing... very appreciative I was able to find this company. Alan and Tony were professional, communicative, and thorough. My 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room, kitchen and balcony LVP flooring look BRAND NEW again.
