Had a tenant who was a garbage person and took bottles of ketchup and squirted it all over the new carpet. Called around 7:00 p.m. and Magic Steamers were able to make an emergency appointment and get out to me the next day. Was very upfront with pricing did not make any promises that they could not keep. End up getting the carpets completely clean and normal. Was very easy to speak to on the phone and upfront with pricing... very appreciative I was able to find this company. Magic Steamers is the company to use for all your needs. They were able to schedule me from out of town in a timely manner. They were sympathetic and understanding of the unsanitary housing situation at my sister’s home. They reassured me that they would do their best to restore her home to livable condition. To say I was flabbergasted at the workmanship is an understatement! They were able to clean all her upholstery, steam clean her floors, and restored her bedding to new condition. This company is amazing! Hire them!
Alan was extremely professional and did an amazing job. Our couch looks brand new. We highly recommend Magic Steamers.
