If I could leave zero stars I would. I scheduled a spring cleaning for my mother in laws house located in Marion to have the furniture in her house cleaned and couldn't have been more dissatisfied! They spend less than 30 minutes in the house and after a quick inspection I found the couch wasn't even vacuumed. All they did was spray it with something. Night and day difference! Very happy with the quality and price. I highly recommend Magic Steam as they are true professionals. I had them come back again. I am very happy and going to continue to use their service yearly.
I live in a 6 story apartment building, the 5th floor was in sad shape carpet stained badly. I didn't think they could get it clean, but it's clean it looks like a new carpet. They are still in the building. The job looks fantastic. I'm telling management to. Magic steam is number 1 in my book. Awesome job
