We are mainly a window washing company doing residential and commercial. The skills and knowledge acquired over the years has made me an expert in those hard to access , hard to reach type of situations. We also offer gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing and bird exclusion. I keep the overhead down so I can pass the savings on to you!

I cannot comment on the quality of the "product" as provided by the Magic Squegee as an inquiry made by email has not elicited any response. Perhaps common courtesy does not compute in this business endeavor . . or has Elon laid off too many staff?
Jim was great to work with. We just bought a two-story Victorian that is tall so I was having a hard time finding help. Jim was able to clean the gutters when others said they could not, responded to me quickly, was prompt, charged a great price, and communicated with me well during the clean up. I will definitely ask for his help again, without a doubt. Very highly recommended.
Jim does great work at very reasonable prices. He comes when he says he’s going to come and he responds quickly to phone messages/texts. He has cleaned my gutters and downspouts, swept my roof, power washed my driveway and porch and cleaned my windows, inside and out, including the screens, the channels and all the vinyl surrounds. I highly recommend him.
