My experience at Magic Smile Dental was deeply frustrating. They advertise basic care, but once you are in the chair, the focus shifts entirely to aggressive upselling for expensive, unneeded procedures. Billing transparency is zero, communication feels misleading, and it feels like they care more about maximizing charges than patient health. Look elsewhere if you want an honest dentist.
I visited this dental office about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, the experience left me extremely uncomfortable. I provided both of my dental insurance plans when I scheduled the appointment, and the office had both on file. The hygienist took my X-rays and examined me first. She told me she did not believe I needed a deep cleaning. However, when the dentist came in, she recommended a deep cleaning, crowns, fillings, and other dental work.
