Overall service- horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I needed one of my dresses to be altered. One of the alterations included tightening the chest of the dress by a little bit (maybe 1/2 an inch) and the waist needed about 3 inches. I have broad shoulders and a narrow waist. I even explained that during my fitting to one of the older women who took my alterations. She kept huffing and puffing like I was a problem during the entire fitting.
