The mobileRV. Gordon i think...guy is top notch. Fixed the problem and the miscommunication was fixed quickly. above and beyond. The guys on the parts desk. Good. .. shorter young lady. Unfortunately didn't catch her name. And an Asian guy again sorry I didn't catch his name. Both awesome. Customer focused from my experience very happy. Massive change since I visited there 2 years ago.

I would like to give a massive thank you to Randy,Matthew and Nathan of the service department !!!! These absolute all stars went above and beyond for me when I showed up with a trailer part that needed to be fixed that day. They stayed late and made sure I was able to go home and have power and heat. It is a nice change to leave a dealership happy and having a service team that genuinely cares and does the right thing.i will 100% be going back with any other issues I have. Thank you very much!!!
I would like to give a huge Thank You to Magic RV! We were staying at a campground near Brooks AB when we had an issue with our hydraulic jacks not retracting. Gord in service asked that I send a couple of pics of some electrical components and came up with a solution that got us on the road. Thanks for going above and beyond. Would like to give more stars but only goes to five.
