I am a builder and have used Magic Plumbing for numerous jobs. Overall they provide a great service for a fair price. That being said on my last new build the buyers inspection showed missing Teflon tape on shower head and a missing trim piece on the tub overflow. I asked them to come back and fix those two items ($20 in parts and 15 minutes) and they invoiced me for $850. Magic Plumbing is friendly, professional and reasonable in cost. Tom Day was out today to replace our RO filters. He was very personable and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Our reverse osmosis unit made a never ending dripping noise. It was the system replenishing itself but that didn’t change the fact it was driving us nuts! Initially, I called another plumber who advised me that the only way to quiet the dripping was to turn off the unit altogether. Thankfully, I then called Magic Plumbing. They sent a plumber named Tom Day. He assessed the problem and suggested moving the entire unit from under the kitchen sink to the garage. Magic Plumbing is my go to! Magic always provides excellent customer service. Dylan did a warranty repair on my water softener. He was super respectful and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Magic for any of your plumbing needs.
