I’ve come here a handful of times, and for the most part, I have not had any issues aside from having to occasionally wait outside as they only let one person in at a time. Last week I had scheduled an appointment to bring my cat in for a nail grooming and the receptionist there at the time seemed confused, she told me that next week they would have someone that can trim my cats nails but since there were no other appointments she wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the appointment scheduled which doesn’t make any sense to... read more
Super kind and patient. Highly recommend for a trim.
Short story. They mixed up my dog with another dog. Went in for trim and they gave back my beautiful white poodle shaved off completely. She had no mats and no other hair issues. Long story. When I walked in I told the front the options they have for hair cut is too short so she went to the back and brought the clippers and I picked the longest hair option which was 1 inch (that means 1 inch hair will be left on her body).
