I have been taken my Cat here for a bath, and it’s the best. I’ve tried multiple other groomers and there is no better experience than this one. Jen, the cat groomer is an absolute gem. She gets extremely excited every time I bring my cat here and she takes the best of the best care for him. Extreme good customer care. Very recommended!

If a person has disabilities, they should not be hired to handle / care for animals. The manager called to tell me the cat groomer is old and may cancel; this gave me a very unsettling feeling -fearing she may accidentally hurt my pet in the process of grooming. I do not recommend this place if you love your fur baby.

Outstanding grooming for a reasonable price, especially for the first three grooms. Instructions were followed and customer service superb.

I’ve come here a handful of times, and for the most part, I have not had any issues aside from having to occasionally wait outside as they only let one person in at a time. Last week I had scheduled an appointment to bring my cat in for a nail grooming and the receptionist there at the time seemed confused, she told me that next week they would have someone that can trim my cats nails but since there were no other appointments she wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the appointment scheduled which doesn’t make any sense to... read more
