Bad experience with LUIS, terrible customer service, with an arrogant attitude, he ordered two drinks and there was a confusion and they made two of the same and they wanted to insinuate that it was me who ordered the same thing and I had to throw it away and buy another one because it is not possible to change it!! Too bad because very rich but terrible service from LUIS (Lous).
Had a great experience and the tea was very tasty.
Horrible experience! My 15 year old son was in - drink made him gag! He drinks boba regularly, so knew what he was ordering. He went in and let them know there was an issue - the colleague pretty much told him that his opinion was wrong, and other staff members were ‘chipping in’ their disagreement. I definitely feel like they took advantage of his age!! He left, threw it in the bin outside and went to Starbucks. Terrible!
Found short black hair in the bottom of my drink & they tried to charge me for ice water I was getting fir my daughter with a purchase of tea & snack
