I'd be careful when going ahead with Sam. Quoted the job and accepted with a verbal agreement which was my mistake. Gave a deposit and he bought the paint. He then said he under quoted the job and didn't want to do it, after receiving the money and buying the paint for the works. Refused giving money back or any other option where he may be at a loss as he didn't want to own his mistake.
