Normally loved this nail salon. It’s clean and the technicians are wonderful. I recently had a dip manicure that chipped 5 days before the 2 week mark. I went to have it removed as it had chipped and they charged me $10 to have it taken off. Even my previous nail salon that I was fond of didn’t charge to take off polish when I had it done there.

I recently moved to the area a couple months ago and while at first I loved them their work has been inconsistent and this last time I went in was simply unacceptable. I am a frequent acrylic user but will take breaks in between sets, opting for a no chip manicure to keep my nails healthy. That being said, I went in to get my acrylic set removed and get a no chip manicure. The removal process was terrible, as the technician yanked them off with another fake nail. First time here and it was wonderful! The staff were attentive, polite, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me and my friend to feel welcome. The place is clean, very well kept and well decorated. I’m def. coming back.
