This salon cost about 30 more for a fill and pedicure than my previous salon, but I was happy to pay it because the place seemed really nice. Pedicure was ok. I had a broken acrylic 1 week after my fill, which I was also thinking no big deal it happens sometimes. Then my jaw dropped when they wanted to charge my $25 for ONE nail repair. Ridiculous, obviously not going back.

I’ve been a customer for 15 years, I bring my daughter, mother and refer all my friends here, I travel 45 min as a loyal customer to get my nails done. I have my bachelorette this weekend, they turned me away being 15 min late for my appointment. Won’t be coming back.

There are many locations in RI. This building was not clean. The nail tech had to repeat several times. I could not understand her. I needed nails trimmed and clear polish. I watched her use an unsterilized clipper! Then an old used paper Emory board. When she reached for cuticle scissors I finally realized what was about to happen and shook my head 'no' and waved my finger 'no'. She made eye contact.
