I’ve been a customer for 15 years, I bring my daughter, mother and refer all my friends here, I travel 45 min as a loyal customer to get my nails done. I have my bachelorette this weekend, they turned me away being 15 min late for my appointment. Won’t be coming back.
There are many locations in RI. This building was not clean. The nail tech had to repeat several times. I could not understand her. I needed nails trimmed and clear polish. I watched her use an unsterilized clipper! Then an old used paper Emory board. When she reached for cuticle scissors I finally realized what was about to happen and shook my head 'no' and waved my finger 'no'. She made eye contact. I go here all the time! Anne is the BEST and takes great care of my nails!
BAD PLACE HORRIBLE !!THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DO ARYLIC TOE NAILS RIGHT THEY SUCK ONE NAIL WAS SQUARE AND THE OTHER ONE WAS ROUND WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!
