There was only one employee working and asked me to come back “tomorrow”
i went in to get my nails removed and should have known by the lady pushing me to get more nails that i should’ve walked right back out. i gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that removing nails should be basic nail knowledge but i was so wrong. the lady tries to remove my nails with fingernail clippers, literally picking at them for 15 mins with clippers. i proceed to inform her that most place soak them, still giving her the benefit of the doubt. she then has me moving my nails back and forth from soaking, five minu... read more
