went in looking for a gel manicure. left with a half done acrylics, poorly shaped in a shape I said I didn't want. used dirty tools. filed the skin around my nails more than the nails themselves. update: started separating and breaking off after 3 days.

Went in to get my bio gel nails removed from another place because this one was closer and I didn’t think it would be that difficult, and this is how he left them…I think I’ll just make the trip to my regular salon next time
