First of all- we had appointments at 10 am today and I got a call saying some of their nail techs were out and had to come in half hour later. Second- this was my nieces birthday treat; she got a full set with no chip. The nails are crooked and the no chip polish looks as if someone with no experience painted her nails. What a waste of $60. She asked for dip nails and got no chip polish. Very disappointed. Not sure if the person was new or not. I got a pedicure; overall good.
