Scheduling was easy and the office was very nice. The tech that came was knowledgeable and very friendly.
Fast response (actually, the only response) after several "no shows" from other repairmen. Brian was very friendly and courteous as well as professional. The job turned out to be more involved than we had anticipated, but Brian stuck with it and completed all repairs to our gas furnace. Also, Christy was very communicative and helpful! Overall, a great experience with Magic Mike's.
On time and super helpful. Everyone I encountered explained the work being done, and found the best system and price for my house and needs. Knowledgeable, personable, and friendly, and great follow-up! The team really supports customers. I strongly recommend Brian & the whole crew. Thank you!
