Terrible experience; I have been a regular customer at this establishment, visiting for a massage at least two to three times a month. I have consistently chosen this place because of the quality of service provided. However, my experience today was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable. The therapist insisted on a higher tip, despite the fact that tipping is not mandatory.
