Terrible experience; I have been a regular customer at this establishment, visiting for a massage at least two to three times a month. I have consistently chosen this place because of the quality of service provided. However, my experience today was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable. The therapist insisted on a higher tip, despite the fact that tipping is not mandatory. I want to thank the lady that did my massage earlier this afternoon. She got the knots and kinks out of my body. I will be coming back for another massage later on.
