Great experience with Magic Make Readies! The communication was very good through the entire process - setting up the initial appointment, understanding of needs, good advice and discussion prior to the job, what to expect. When it came to the install/work Chris and Dustin were fantastic!! Very prompt and equipped for the day. Quick discussion to confirm expectations for the day. They did a great job with the drywall repair. I couldn't even tell the difference between the area that was fixed and the rest of the ceiling. Will be using them again

There were some glitches in the work technician 2 was scheduled to do to complete technician 1’s job that took more than 4 hours. I scheduled a follow up for this morning to complete the work from day 1 that my technician Dustin wasn’t able to finish. But the second technician was too slow and wasn’t able to complete the follow up work. Maggie, one of the owners called Dustin, the technician who had worked on day 1 and he came over and completed the job. And, she didn’t charge me for finishing the job.
