Highly disappointed in the service I received this past month. I enthusiastically agreed paying in the mid 200’s for an initial deep clean of my house. The problem is that the house was vacuumed and mopped, and that’s basically it. No windows were wiped down. No baseboards cleaned. The toilet was still scummy and more. I asked about why the cleaning was not done, and they apologized and sent the same employee the next day, last minute, to reclean the spots that were missed (that would’ve been almost the whole house). I used magic maid services for the first time this week and it was a great experience, the maids were polite and professional ! I am a mother of 4 with 2 jobs so I was behind on cleaning lol The weight they took off me with that deep clean was much needed I actually enjoyed it so much I signed up for monthly cleanings ! Give them a try you won’t regret it

I am more than satisfied with the service. I hired magic maids for my son who moved into his first apartment 4 months ago and he hadn't cleaned at all. It looked nicer and cleaner than when he moved it!
