They perform "Real Magic" alright like covering my security cameras inside my house. Now why would a reputable firm resort to something like that?

Pros - Crew is honest, they always did a great job (in my opinion) and the team works fast. Cons - Will drop you as a customer like a flyswatter to a fly over something that has absolutely no effect on crew health, or business. In other words, extremely picky and makes business decisions (which will affect you as a customer) based on self preference and emotion over logic and common sense. The women working seemed to be over-disciplined by the owner, which at times was uncomfortable. Proceed with caution.

I used Magic Maid for the first time today. Darren was very accommodating and I was very impressed with their work. They pay attention to detail, notice things that I didn’t even see and are very thorough. I will definitely have them back regularly.

Initial deep clean cost almost twice as much as the quote. Owner shamed me about the condition of my unvaccumed carpet. Shamed a friend about cobwebs. Changed my charges because my cat shed too much. Used them several years ago. Would never use them again.
