I recently purchased a used Pajero at Perth Mahindra with the help of a consultant, Jack McBeth. Service is not good. Was there 5 hours and still vehicle did not got Service at all. But then Service amanger Alex, he called in apologies for inconvenience and provided greater service. I appreciate Alex's customer service. He went above and beyond for a greater customer service experience. Thanks Alex.
Amazing! I can’t believe how good the customer service was at Mahindra Perth. I hear it’s called Magic Mahindra, and for me it really was. Peter (on finance) and Jack (sales) were so kind and thorough. They helped me get the best deal on both vehicle price and finance (and I had heaps of other brokers looking for me).
