Been coming here for 3 weeks and was a little worried because of the lack of effort from the employees prepping vehicles going into the car wash. Still it was down the road from my job and convenient enough to continue using, until today. Some sweet young ladie sprayed some big remover on the front of my truck and told me it was to help ensure bugs were removed. I vacuumed my car yesterday and a gentle man helped me and was very nice i dont recall his name but everything was accessible and nice it made the whole process extremely easy!
I love this car wash but I moved out of town in November and I haven't been able to cancel my membership, the website is not working and every time I call they don't pick up the phone, it's been months since I'm not using the car wash and I still get charged every month!
Always a great car wash! And Eli is just the best attendant, so helpful and courteous...
