I had my eyebrows tinted and a keratin lash lift at Magic Lash Studio with Kelly, and I absolutely loved my first experience! My lashes have held their curl really well, even though I’m pretty rough on my face when I remove my makeup, wash my face, and do my skincare routine. BAD EXPERIENCE……I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. Over the past several visits, I have experienced too many inconsistencies and unprofessional interaction, especially when it comes to time to pay. On more than 2 occasions, I was overcharged by being charged a higher fee. Your pricing clearly states that if you return 2-3 weeks, the charge is $89, yet that rate was not honored.
