Absolutely horrible customer service. The product did not work out of the box and after shipping it to California twice for repair, at my own expense, it’s still did not work ( wouldn’t hold a charge, wouldn’t work right). Rather than simply replace it, which they said they would, they delayed and wait until the warranty was up and then said they couldn’t help me. I’m out the money. Please do not do business with this company. Very dishonest.
