This is the only place I go to where I still have to wash the car myself and vacuum it myself when I leave here.
I noticed a crack in my windshield after the car wash and brought it to the manager’s attention. He acknowledged but refused to confirm saying the owner (Dan) only has access to the camera. He texted the owner and assured the owner will reach out in a day or two but I haven’t heard back even after follow-ups. While I continue to veil my patience, the crack is happily propagating.
I never left a bad review and I understand people do have bad days but it’s always how u handle the situation.Manager was very upset and rude after I just was asking a question about the service he got mad and said no English go upfront to complain if u have problems I didn’t at first but now I wanted to complain because of his attitude so I told the person up front he said that’s actually the manager so hope this helps
