Parveen did an amazing job with my eyebrow threading! She was very gentle, paid great attention to detail, and made sure my eyebrows were shaped perfectly. I was disappointed with my experience. I visited expecting to receive a threading service, but was told they do not provide threading services to male clients. This policy was not clear before my visit, and it resulted in a wasted trip. I found the policy frustrating and inconsistent with my expectations for a business offering threading services. I would have appreciated this information being clearly disclosed in advance.
