I had a deeply frustrating experience with Magic Furniture House. Three weeks ago, we purchased a sofa and two kitchen chairs. They delivered the wrong sofa, which was also damaged. Despite our repeated attempts to explain the mistake, the staff argued with us before finally apologizing and taking it back.
