Owner is extremely rude and is arrogant
I LOVE this place the owner is super kind and very helpful. Great prices and premium quality. If you want good furniture for you or your kids I would come here.
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Magic Furniture House. Three weeks ago, we purchased a sofa and two kitchen chairs. They delivered the wrong sofa, which was also damaged. Despite our repeated attempts to explain the mistake, the staff argued with us before finally apologizing and taking it back. Later, they informed us that the sofa we ordered was out of stock, offering a different color with a $250 discount as compensation.
