My mother went to get her hair braided. The style on the website says $160 and she charged her $250. She over charged my mom because my sister and I was not with her.

Most unprofessional place I’ve business I’ve dealt with. Multiple times I have called early when they open to get a time for a men’s take down, wash, and braid. They give me a CONFIRMED time to show up. Multiple times i have arrived and get met with a sorry we are still in the middle of a client’s hair. They proceed to tell me it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait.
