I really do not like writing bad reviews, however the service i received yesterday was everything but good. I come in and I am seated very quickly, which I was appreciative of. Now this is where things get rocky, I tell them I want body wave boho pieces to which this took 10 mins for them to figure out what body wave was. Then I asked if I could receive smedium parts, to which i was then quoted $330 for. I declined. My daughter and I visited this salon yesterday after watching a tiktok video showing a friendly clean environment. The salon was clean the staff not so friendly. They blow dry your hair without care and comb through 4c hair with rat tail combs snatching out hair unnecessarily. I wish these braiding salons actually cared about healthy hair. Please do better with the care of our hair.
Please don’t come here. I paid $300 and what I got is poor quality. I wish I had read other reviews talking about the low quality. The boho pieces are so scanty and parts are close to large and not medium. Honestly feel like taking out the hair; just sad about all the money I spent
I went to your salon today & I had the best people on my hair, I remember one of them is Miss Nicole! Quick service! I came around 1:30, I got my hair washed & detangled plus braids & I was done at 4! That’s the fastest service I’ve ever had. Amazing work!
The customer service was unprofessional from the start. When I walked in four people greeted me and when I asked who I should talk to about getting my hair done, I was told wait. I waited for 5 minutes and was told by the lady they can’t do my hair today because they stop taking walk ins at 6pm. When I asked where is that posted? She said it was on tik tok and their website, but then when I should her it’s not mentioned on tik or their website, she then switched that is was posted on instagram.
