They are not knowledgable on basic hair health and practices. Dull customer service but thats not really surprising. I asked to wash before detangling and they insisted on dry combing and ripping at my hair. The wash was horrible my scalp is still dirty she barely scrubbed. No heat protectant just gel and a dream. I really let them play in my head and need to advocate for myself but I was just desperate for last minute vacation braids and my work schedule is hard to fit in appts. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I went in at 8:00 and was out by 10:30. My got cornrows with boho. My braider checked to make sure periodically to see if I was okay with the style and her braiding. I will return!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $260 for my braids, and after only two weeks, the roots became extremely frizzy. I understand that some new growth and a little frizz are normal, but this is far beyond what should be expected after only two weeks. For the amount I paid, I expected my braids to last much longer without looking this worn.
