I chose Magic Finger Braiding based on its positive reviews and drove over two hours to get French Curl Boho braids. I was excited for the appointment, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After paying $300 and returning home, I discovered that the entire back row of braids had already come undone, along with several braids on the sides. This salon smells like extremely bad body odor. On top of this smell, I had French braids done recently and they didn’t have any of the hair colours they advertised. So I had to leave and purchase my own hair and come back- they still made me pay the hair inclusive price. Then I came back to do a touch up and they said their “policy” that isn’t displayed anywhere doesn’t allow them to do touch ups for the section I asked for. Won’t be coming back.
I described what I wanted and showed a picture. These braiders just love to add so much hair! Not everyone likes bulky styles. Less hair, please!
