Disappointed. My husband tried to surprise me by booking a massage for us for my birthday. He called And scheduled this earlier in the week and when we got there the lady in the front was unable to locate the appointment on the system. My husband showed her his call log and then she checked a paper book and located the appointment and told us she messed up. This place is absolute trash I called and scheduled massages for my wife’s birthday get there and they tell us we don’t have an appointment showed her the call she looks at her notes as says oh it’s my fault you come tomorrow I said we can’t and Al we got was well we can’t see you rewind a birthday surprise no customer service bad business model you mess up and customer suffer the consequences
