I hired this company for the first cleaning prior to the holiday, 20 minutes before their appointed arrival time I received a text saying she couldn't come. Do you think I'm angry? I made the appointment over a week in advance. It's too late to hire another service. I am very very disappointed. I do not recommend that you ever call her and depend on her
