Phenomenal service!!! My 31 year old furnace died yesterday, and by today I have a new one installed along with a new AC unit. They explained everything to me in easy to understand terms, gave me different options depending on my finances, and were not pushy trying to up sale me on anything I didn't necessarily need. They even lent me some space heaters overnight so I didn't freeze. The repair tech, quoter, and installers were all very professional, and kind. All THAT and a very reasonable quote to boot. We had a broken garbage disposal and some other issues with our sink. We called Magic and their tech Braydon Crofts was fantastic. He fixed our disposal and the other related issues with our sink. He left a detailed explanation of everything he did in case we ever have future problems and need to call him back. We will definitely be using Magic again! Highly recommend!
After having an issue with one of their techs, I wrote a negative review. I deleted it and am changing my review based on the corrective action the management team took. I also want to call out technician Ty Ehrmantraut. He did an amazing job for us and went above and beyond. I would hire Ty in a heartbeat to do more work for me.
