Very prompt, thorough and professional. I will be calling them again. Edit: when you get a quote from them, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Request the brand and make of whatever they intend to install, and then do some research on cost and quality of component.
At one time I had rave reviews for this company. However I just cancelled my multiple monthly service plans and an upcoming project due to a complete fail on communication, customer service and epic disconnect with the technician. This is probably the biggest 180 I’ve ever experienced with a company but now I understand the reason I was getting that response. The unit that they installed in 2023 was nine years old to begin with. Parts are hard to find when your brand new unit turns out to be outdated from the start.
Amazing Customer Service and Quality work! Joe explained trouble shooting process on our mini split system. He explained why we needed the parts. AC went out on the hottest day of the year thus far, when I had spent the whole day out working on a construction project. Our tech Lukas arrived on time, was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered my questions, and put no undue pressure on me to replace rather than repair. After like 20 minutes my AC was back on. Will definitely work with these guys if I ever had an issue or need to fully replace.
