Update 08/15/2025: Today Owen came in and replaced some outdated outlets and installed a surge protector so we can protect our remodeled home. Owen is punctual, professional, and explains things clearly and in a way someone who is not an electrician can understand. He provided plenty of options and I'm grateful this company does not impose upcharging everything. Will continue using this company for future repairs.
