We had our heater tuned up and air ducts cleaned, the technician Tyler was very knowledgable and very thorough. They are customer oriented and not all about the sale.
Update 09/25/2025: Today Ty Ehrmantraut came out after hours on an emergency basis to resolve a serious electrical issue affecting one whole side of our house. Ty is not only extremely experienced and knowledgable, he also is professional, kind, and demonstrates friendliness at the close of a long work day. He resolved the issue after using his skills to identify the problem. We are keeping his name and Clayton's name as well to handle all our future electrical needs. Jared Hutchison from Magic electric, plumbing, heat and air did a fantastic job in finding and resolving my bathroom plumbing problem Jared was friendly, respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He was conscientious of cleaning up any mess that was made and even offered solutions to help prevent the problem from reoccurring. Thank you Jared!
