Jordan and the team over at Magic Electric were fantastic. From the initial quote all the way through inspections and final install the experience was top notch. We knew nothing about generators before working with their team and they were able to make strong recommendations while delivering on a fair price. The install team was also very respectful, clean, and detailed. Jordan was very responsive to problem solving our generator on a weekend after a lightning strike. He offered to drive up and fix it right then, but I told him to wait and see if we would be restored in the few hours Entergy was saying. Indeed we were so he came out the very next day and had us up and running in preparation for the next storm.
