Tyler changed the oil and filter. He also checked the battery and other inspection points. He was unable to test the transfer switch because it started raining (did not want to expose the inside of the electrical box to the rain).
The Tech - Mason arrived early after texting me he was in route. He explained to me the whole process of servicing the generator, then quickly & efficiently finished the work and also informed me to consider replacing the battery as it was 3 years old. I highly recommend Magic Electric for their skilled & personable Technicians, along with their honesty and reasonable rates.
Mason was wonderful. He helped me troubleshoot the problem and persisted until we got it right all the while answering my questions profs. I am very pleased with my service from Magic Electric.
