Hello, I recently purchased two helium balloons from your store on September 13th, 2025, as shown on the attached receipt. I was charged $16.78 for two helium balloons. However, neither of the balloons floats, meaning they were not filled with helium or are defective. Additionally, I was not initially given a receipt and had to return to ask for it, which is unacceptable. The staff here is friendly, which I appreciate. However, for a dollar store, the prices seem quite high. They do offer balloon inflation services, but the employees don’t appear to be well-trained in using the helium tank. Balloons aren’t fully inflated, yet they charge $2.00 per balloon just for helium, which feels overpriced for a half-sized result. On my last visit, their helium tank stopped working, and I had to get a cash refund. Overall, the store feels somewhat disorganized and more expensive than expected.
