I ordered crystals online and didn't get them all. I've called 20 times and left 10 e mails, to no avail has this issues been resolved. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. If you don't go to the physical store, you'll probably get ripped off. Horrible and not a trustworthy or honest company.
