I had the most amazing experience with Juan and his team. He was extremely professional and finished the job right on schedule. My floors look so incredible now, he went above and beyond making sure I was happy - walking me through all of the different shades of tinting, sealer, etc. Will be using him for all of my concrete needs moving forward!

Juan Carlos (the owner) was very kind, responsive and with a “let’s get it done” attitude from the get go. We did a site visit within 24hr of the first call and 2 days later he started the job as planned and agreed. Juan and his team are the best I cannot recommend them enough. We decided to redo our floors and searched high and low to find someone who did quality work but wasn’t over priced. From the moment we spoke to Juan we gave him our budget and an idea of what we wanted to do. Juan really took his time explaining to us what was possible and even helped redesign our vision to get us what we wanted and we even managed to stay within our budget. I hired Magic Concrete Designs to refinish the concrete floors of my condo and they couldn’t have done a better job! From our first conversation, I could tell Juan was incredibly passionate about concrete (side note: I never thought someone could be passionate about concrete until I met Juan). While I had to wait a few weeks for them to get started as they were busy on other jobs, once work began they kept on schedule and on budget the entire time. The end result is fantastic; the floors look absolutely beautiful.

Juan and his team did a great job on our floors. Due to age, our concrete was heavily damaged and Magic concrete was able to repair our floors and polish them so that we could enjoy the concrete as our main flooring. Juan took careful notice of problem areas and provided solutions. He explained the process in detail and was able to meet our deadline. Great team, great service! Thank you Magic Concrete!
